We carefully selected the apartment's facilities to combine elements of luxury, comfort and a sense of family atmosphere.The generous 70 m² space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and another separate toilet, a sun loggia and a garage. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 adults on four fixed beds and one extra bed in the living area. The kitchen includes the necessary facilities for preparing meals, coffee and tea.
One parking space is included in the price. From your car you can easily walk with a dry foot from the underground garage to the elevator area.
Most of accesses within the premises are barrier-free.

Kitchen facilities include appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and induction hob with four plates.
