The generous 70 m² space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and another separate toilet, a sun loggia and a garage. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 adults on four fixed beds and 1 person using  extra bed in the living area. The kitchen includes the necessary facilities for preparing meals, coffee and tea.

One parking space is included in the price. From your car you can easily walk with a dry foot from the underground garage to the elevator area.

Most of accesses within the premises are barrier-free.

Facilities

Kitchen facilities include appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, automatic coffee machine , electric kettle, toaster and induction hob with four plates.

There is high-speed internet, a large TV with Netflix, HBO GO, You Tube and cable TV Antik including an archive for selected stations. Music lovers can listen to their favorite playlist directly from their mobile on a portable speaker. You can store your valuables in a personal vault, which is also tailored for electronic devices. Of course there is a hairdryer, personal hygiene supplies, first aid kit, towels and bed linen according to the number of guests.
