Choose occupancy according to the total number of persons except children under 3 years (no bed and linen provided). Please provide information on them in the note. The maximum capacity, including children, is 5 persons.

Children under 14 years old receive a 20% discount on the price of accommodation and will be deducted in the second step. A child from 15 years of age is considered an adult.

We provide secure Payment Gateway e-Card accepting Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. Please indicate your interest in card payment reservation form.

Payment terms

Prepayment of 30% of the room rate payable within three days of booking. Full payment of the price of the accommodation no later than 7 days before arrival.

We provide Pay by Link service via VUB payment gateway. Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards are accepted. Please indicate your interest in card payment in the note.

Policies

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival free of charge. Cancelling your stay up to 7 days prior to arrival will result in deduction of the pre-paid amount. One free change of reservation at the original or higher price is possible up to 1 day before arrival. The customer pays the difference in price between the original and the modified reservation (if any). Cancellations up to 4 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of 70% of the total price. Cancellation fee paid in full if the guest does not show up for check-in.
